Michael Wilshire

Mr. Wilshire brought his talents to Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill restaurants in 2009.  Since that time he has worked as a General Manager and Trainer at 6 of our affiliate locations.  He is currently the Franchise Operations Director.  Mr. Wilshire has successfully increased the sales and profit at every location he has managed and left the store ready for the next manager to step in continue with its success. He is responsible for training all new managers on the Hotshots system of maximizing sales and turning them into to profits in all areas of the P&L.  In addition he helps strategize and develop promotions for Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill restaurants with all of their outside vendors and partners to keep the customers coming in and staying.
