Christopher Avolio has 30 years for bar and restaurant experience to the table from quick service night club and fine dining experience. Starting with a foundation with Marriott he has kept the promise of great customer service and guest satisfaction to the highest level. Chris has been with Hotshots for 23 years and has held every position to include GM DM Operations Manager Director of sales and Marketing facility Maintenance and repair and design and building build out supervision. The newest role for Chris is Director of Franchise Operations which he has held for two years.
