Matt Volmert

Matt Volmert is the Chief Executive Officer for Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill and brings his knowledge of all aspects of the operation to his leadership role. He is the oldest son of Dan and Julie Volmert, the founders of Hotshots and began working for the concept at a very early age. He eventually took over as CEO in 2017 after 20 years of service in every area of the operation, starting with mopping floors as a boy to eventually working his way through the kitchen operation and every level of management. He understands the value of working as a family and is committed to welcoming new members to the Hotshots family.
