HOTSHOTS “WIN WINGS FOR A YEAR” SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Hotshots “Win Wings for a Year” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill 512 West Pearce Blvd Wentzville, MO 63385 (“Sponsor”).
Participating Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill locations may be independently owned and operated. A complete list of participating locations is available at https://hotshotsnet.com/locations/ .
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12PM on September 13th, 2026 and ends at 11:59PM on September 20th, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who:
- reside in Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, North Carolina, or Ohio; and
- are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, participating Hotshots locations, franchisees, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
No alcohol purchase or consumption is required to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill location during an eligible Football Sunday and scan the promotional QR code displayed at the location.
Complete and submit the official digital entry form with the requested information, which may include:
- First and last name
- Valid email address
- Phone number
- Participating Hotshots location
No purchase is necessary.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per week during the Sweepstakes Period.
Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to consent to receive promotional email or text messages from Hotshots. Any marketing consent presented on the entry form is optional and separate from Sweepstakes entry.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected for each participating Hotshots location.
Each participating location will constitute a separate prize pool. An entrant will be entered into the prize pool associated with the Hotshots location selected or identified when submitting the entry.
On or about September 21, 2026, one potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for each participating location.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable location.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided on their entry form on or about September 21, 2026.
Potential winners must respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification unless otherwise stated in the notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required documentation, that winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that location.
Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, delayed, blocked, filtered as spam or otherwise not received.
7. Prize
Each participating Hotshots location will award:
ONE (1) “WINGS FOR A YEAR” PRIZE
The prize consists of:
Fifty-two (52) certificates, each redeemable for one order of six (6) Hotshots Bone-In or Boneless Wings, representing one order of wings per week for fifty-two (52) weeks.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $468.
This definition is important. “Wings for a Year” by itself is too vague for official rules. You want the quantity, frequency, redemption period, participating location(s), dine-in/takeout status and expiration spelled out.
Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Lost or stolen certificates, cards or redemption codes will not be replaced.
Prize does not include gratuity, taxes, additional food or beverages.
Prize may not be redeemed for or applied toward the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
8. Prize Redemption
Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, the Wings for a Year prize may be redeemed only at the participating Hotshots location from which the winner was selected.
Prize redemption begins 9/22/26 and expires 12/31/27.
Limit one Wings for a Year redemption per week.
Any unused redemption has no cash value and may not be carried forward, combined or exchanged for another item unless authorized by Sponsor.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding regarding the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, violates these Official Rules or otherwise interferes with the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the proper administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating Hotshots franchisees and locations, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state for Sweepstakes-related promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Any additional use of a winner’s photograph, likeness or testimonial will be subject to applicable law and any additional consent required by Sponsor.
12. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and fulfill prizes.
Marketing communications will be sent only in accordance with the entrant’s applicable consent and Sponsor’s privacy practices.
13. NFL Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League, its member clubs, or any of their respective affiliates.
NFL names, trademarks and other intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
14. Meta/Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
