Bud 150 Scratch to Win Promotion

1. SPONSOR

The Bud 150 Scratch to Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored solely by participating Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill locations (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other local, state, or national entity.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins when scratch-off cards are distributed at participating Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill locations and ends when all scratch-off cards have been distributed or all prizes have been claimed, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

Are 21 years of age or older at the time of participation
Are legal U.S. residents
Are physically present at a participating Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill location

Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, distributors, and wholesalers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

No purchase necessary to participate. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

Scratch-off cards will be distributed to guests at participating Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill locations during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Limit one (1) scratch-off card per table.

Each participating location will receive 200 scratch-off cards. A total of 10 participating locations will participate in the Promotion, for a total of 2,000 scratch-off cards distributed.

5. HOW TO WIN

Each scratch-off card contains a concealed message indicating whether the card is a winning card or a non-winning card. Odds of winning depend on the number of prizes available and the number of cards distributed.

Winning cards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Prize distribution per 200 scratch-off cards (per location):

20 Budweiser T-Shirts
100 Budweiser Key Chains + 10% Off Food Coupon
80 Budweiser Koozies + 10% Off Food Coupon

Grand Prize (all locations combined):

1 Bud Iconic Neon Sign

The 10% Off Food coupon is valid for dine-in food purchases only, excludes alcohol, and may be subject to additional in-house restrictions. Coupons have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.

7. PRIZE REDEMPTION

To redeem a prize, winners must present the winning scratch-off card to the manager on duty at the participating location. Winners may be required to complete a prize claim form and provide valid proof of age and eligibility.

All prizes must be claimed during the Promotion Period and while supplies last. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Limit one (1) prize per person, per card.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

No photocopies, reproductions, or altered cards will be accepted.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible scratch-off cards will not be replaced.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. GOVERNING LAW

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which the participating Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill location operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
