Up for a round? Join us for the 29th annual Hotshots Charity Golf Tournament as we raise money for the great organization Wonderland Camp! This year’s tournament will be held over 2 days on Monday September 16th and Tuesday September 17th, 2024 at Gateway National Golf Links located at 18 Golf Drive in Madison, IL directly across the river from downtown St. Louis. The format will be a four man scramble with tons of fun on-course games, activities and as much fun as you can have on a golf course! If you have played this tournament, then you know what to expect. Please sign up early to reserve your spot as this event WILL sell out quickly.
Check-in and breakfast will begin at 9:30AM with an 11AM shotgun start for both days.
TEAM FOURSOMES:
- Foursomes include:
- Greens fee
- Golf cart
- Range balls
- Breakfast during check-in
- On-course beer, soft drinks and lunch
- On-course samplings & activities
- $10,000 Hole In One Shot
- Player swag bag for each player
- Attendance prize raffle entry for each player
- Dinner following the tournament
- $1,000.00 per team foursome (plus convenience fee)
HOTSHOTS CADDIES:
- Caddies are available for $200/each with a maximum of 2 per foursome
- Please note that you must secure a caddy commitment from a Hotshots employee in advance of the tournament. Tipping of your caddie is highly encouraged.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
- Platinum Sponsorship – $3000.00 (includes team foursome, hole activation sponsorship, logo inclusion on three tee signs, player information sheets & sponsor banners)
- Gold Sponsorship – $1000.00 (includes logo inclusion on two tee signs and hole activation sponsorship and player information sheets)
- Silver Sponsorship – $500.00 (includes logo inclusion on two tee signs and hole activation sponsorship and player information sheets)
- Hole Sponsorship – $200 (includes logo inclusion on one tee sign)
A professionally made sign placed at the tee box of each hole sponsored, acknowledging our tournament sponsors. Dinner, awards, raffles and a silent auction finish out the evening on-site at Gateway National Golf Links. Every year the tournament is an overwhelming success, creating a lot of fun for everyone and raising money to continue the great work at Wonderland Camp. We are seeking donations in the form of cash, gift certificates and merchandise which will be used for a silent auction and raffle prizes. Additionally, your organization can help out with tournament sponsorships at 4 different levels.
