Hotshots MVP Program Update

Dear valued Hotshots MVP Club Members,

We recently made some changes to the Hotshots MVP Club and we wanted to share with you the details on how the switch is happening and what to expect. These changes won’t affect how you earn points, except to make it easier for you!

Soon, your Hotshots MVP Card will be run through your email or cell phone number, no more card needed! You can still automatically earn points during each visit, just provide your info to your server or bartender and they will get them added in no time. You will also be able to check and add your points digitally via QR code when you check out and get the FULL rundown of your status at any time!

What about the rewards you earned previously?
Don’t worry! All of your existing MVP Rewards dollars earned will be transferred over to our new system and will be able to be redeemed through this process and change. The stored rewards dollars balance earned on your old card will be converted and you can use the balance in the new system until they are gone.

What about the new program?
Starting soon, you will earn 1 MVP Rewards point for every $1 dollar you spend during each visit. Every time you accrue 100 points, you will automatically have a $5 MVP reward credit applied to your bill! Also, earn EXTRA rewards through our new MVP Rewards milestone program!

Earn new MILESTONE MVP Rewards along the way:
250 points = Free order of Toasted Ravs or Boneless Wings
500 points = Free Single MVP Burger w/ Side
750 points = Free Hotshots Appetizer
1,000 points = Free Large 1 Topping Pizza
2,000 points = Dinner for 23,000 points = Happy Hour party for 6
