How to Participate/What to Expect
Cost is $180 per team of four. Please have all team information ready before registering. Registration is ONLINE ONLY. Choose desired course and add to cart. Proceed to check out. Trouble? please email jdawson@wcya.org or maldridge@wcya.org. Registration will close on 1/8/24 or when courses become full.
Friday, January 12th will be scorecard and tshirt pick up at the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel ONLY! Only one person from your team needs to be present.
On Saturday, January 13, 2024 Decatur Conference Center & Hotel will open at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast & drink specials.
Costume contest will begin at 9:15 a.m.
At 10:00 a.m. we will begin to line up for the busses. Play will begin at 11a.m. Every team must play in the order of the holes listed on your scorecard. At the end of play, bus courses will be shuttled back to Decatur Conference Center & Hotel for the post party. All scorecards must be turned in by 5p.m. * Winners announced at 6p.m. * Decatur Conference Center & Hotel will have a special rate for Miller Lite Open players. “Take the Elevator Home!”. Please contact DCCH for additional information.
A variety of food trucks will be on site during the post party.
Please plan ahead to use UBER or have a designated driver available to pick you up from the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel after the event!
Please be respectful of waitstaff, bus drivers ,our volunteers and fellow players.
It is against the law to enter an establishment with a drink not purchased at said establishment or to have an open container while on board the busses.
Keep in mind the Miller Lite Open is an opportunity to have fun and a support thousands in need in our community!
This is a rain, snow, ice or shine event! In the event of catastrophic weather or acts of God, we thank you for your donation!
In entering any of the aforementioned events and participating there in, the guest(s) and player(s) as a condition thereof, herby waives any and all claims, demands, actions or cause of action whatsoever against Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy, George A. Mueller Beer Company, MillerCoors and all participating establishments. All participants will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to the event.
